Erste Digital is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Administrator to focus on data quality and management. The role involves resolving data inconsistencies, improving data quality processes, and maintaining CMDB integrity, working closely with stakeholders to improve data governance.

Requirements

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification (Mandatory)
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration
  • Understanding of CMDB fundamentals, CI classes, and relationship structures
  • Knowledge of CMDB data quality processes
  • ITIL Foundation v3/v4 (advantageous)
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure components and their relationships (advantageous)
  • Good English communication skills
  • Strong documentation and reporting abilities
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills for data relationship issues
  • Very good self-organisational skills

Requirements Summary
