Requirements
- Several years of experience in Service Management (preferably ITIL-based)
- Strong understanding of Managed Cloud Services, Application Management, or SAP Operations
- Excellent customer focus and communication skills

- Experience with ServiceNow or similar Service Management platforms
- Excellent German and English language skills
