Syntax is seeking a Senior Service Manager to ensure operational excellence for their managed services. The role involves overseeing multiple customer relationships, coordinating delivery of services, preparing reports, and providing leadership to technical teams. Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Service Management (preferably ITIL-based)
  • Strong understanding of Managed Cloud Services, Application Management, or SAP Operations
  • Excellent customer focus and communication skills
  • Structured, solution‐oriented approach
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar Service Management platforms
  • Excellent German and English language skills
