The Department of Social Services (DSS) is seeking an IT Service Management Specialist to function as a ServiceNow CMDB Developer. This role involves troubleshooting application mapping issues, ensuring Discovery tool permissions, creating and validating service maps, and providing visibility into discovery performance. The position is part of the Information Technology Services organization, supporting the development and maintenance of IT applications across HRA and DHS.
