As a Senior Consultant, you will guide newcomers in the fascinating world of ServiceNow, uncover client needs, and deliver customized solutions. The role of a ServiceNow Consultant is multifaceted, blending technical expertise with strategic thinking.

Requirements

• Proven experience with ServiceNow from roles as Architect, Developer, Consultant, Analyst or others.
• Proficiency in one or more of ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, HR, PPM, and CSM.
• Experience delivering successful projects.
• Advanced English.
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities to tackle complex challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and share knowledge through engaging presentations and training materials.
• Proven ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment.
• ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.
