ServiceNow Consultant (2794)

PSI Pax, Inc. is seeking a talented ServiceNow Consultant to join their growing team. This role involves supporting the government customer in Patuxent River, MD, providing consultation, developing solutions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the ServiceNow environment meets business requirements. Requirements

• DoD Top Secret Clearance
• At least seven (7) years of related experience in ServiceNow and/or its modules
• Prior ServiceNow solution design, development, deployment, and sustainment experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Current experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and knowledge of ServiceNow modules
• Comfort in independent work, customer interface (Senior/Executive)
• Strong knowledge of IT service management, operational management, and information technology
