Itecor is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to lead the scoping, design, development, and implementation of client ServiceNow solutions. The role involves providing expert support, maintaining ServiceNow knowledge, and developing long-term strategies for platform leveraging. The ideal candidate will be a strong technical expert with a deep understanding of ServiceNow integration solutions.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in IT industry
  • Proven experience in consulting / professional services and technical delivery
  • Experience delivering complex technology projects on the ServiceNow platform
  • Strong expertise in scripting on ServiceNow using JavaScript, CSS and Angular JS
  • Deep understanding of Key technologies for ServiceNow integration
  • Certified in ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4)
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM), Service Mapping (CIS-SM), Discovery (CIS-Discovery) and Event Management (CIS-EM) is a plus
