Hyperscaler Program Director

ServiceNow is seeking a Hyperscaler Program Director to lead strategic initiatives across AWS, Azure, and GCP partnerships. This role focuses on scaling ServiceNow's Hyperscaler motion, improving program execution, and enabling commercial success through operational excellence. Requirements

• 10+ years in GTM operations, strategic program management, or business transformation in enterprise SaaS.
• Proven experience leading hyperscaler or cloud transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of regulated markets, data center strategy, and partner ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
