Requirements

• Solid experience in ServiceNow (minimum 2 years; ideally 5+ years)
• Advanced knowledge of: Standard modules (ITSM, ITOM, etc.), Custom development (Script Includes, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Glide API), REST/SOAP/OpenAPI integrations
• Knowledge of ITIL standards (certification valued)
• Experience in complex corporate environments or large clients
