Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the ServiceNow ITSM module as a system administrator or business process analyst.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow CMDB.
- ServiceNow-certifications such as CSM or HRSD are a plus.
- Experience with agile work methods and SAFe certification are highly valued.
- University education or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
