Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in the ServiceNow ITSM module as a system administrator or business process analyst.
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow CMDB.
  • ServiceNow-certifications such as CSM or HRSD are a plus.
  • Experience with agile work methods and SAFe certification are highly valued.
  • University education or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
