ServiceNow Core HR Advisory Freelance Consultant (STC/BPC) - France

R5 Labs is seeking a ServiceNow Core HR Advisory Freelance Consultant to deliver strategic implementation and optimization projects focusing on Core HR solutions for French-speaking clients. The role involves analyzing client needs, customizing solutions, and ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction. No specific skill set needs to be combined, and either a Senior Technical Consultant (STC) or Business Process Consultant (BPC) profile is acceptable.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow implementation and configuration experience.
• Fluency in French and English (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform customization and development.
• Proven track record managing and delivering multiple concurrent ServiceNow projects.
• Expertise in Core HR modules (for STC profile).
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills (for BPC profile).
