Talworx is seeking a ServiceNow CSDM/CMDB Consultant to join a leading big 4 consulting firm. The role involves leading the design, configuration, and implementation of a CMDB within ServiceNow, collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring data governance and integration with other systems. The consultant will also drive the adoption of the CSDM framework and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within ServiceNow.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and process owners to gather requirements and define data models.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow CMDB and other enterprise systems.
