ServiceNow CSDM / CMDB Consultant

Talworx is seeking a ServiceNow CSDM/CMDB Consultant to join a leading big 4 consulting firm. The role involves leading the design, configuration, and implementation of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within ServiceNow, focusing on stakeholder collaboration, data governance, integration, and performance optimization. The consultant will also drive the adoption of the CSDM framework across the organization and drive continuous improvement of the CMDB.
