Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of direct, hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow, specifically with demonstrated expertise in CSM modules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Fluency in French and English

- Proven track record managing and delivering multiple concurrent ServiceNow projects.
