R5 Labs is seeking a ServiceNow CSM Consultant to lead strategic implementation and optimization projects for Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions in the French market. The role involves analyzing client needs, delivering customized solutions, and enhancing operational efficiency. Expertise in ServiceNow platform customization and CSM modules is crucial.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of direct, hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow, specifically with demonstrated expertise in CSM modules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform customization and development.
- Proven track record managing and delivering multiple concurrent ServiceNow projects.
- Strong expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and process optimization.
- Proven ability to work with business stakeholders.
