Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the Customer Workflows area in a consulting role
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow CWF (or comparable solutions like Salesforce)
- Experience in pre-sales, offer creation, and C-Level stakeholder management
- Proven experience in leading projects and teams
- Very good consulting and soft skills (structured analysis, presentations, moderation)
- Fluent German and English
