Requirements

• at least 5 years of experience in the Customer Workflows environment in a consulting role
• in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow CWF (or comparable solutions like Salesforce)
• experience in pre-sales, offer creation & C-level stakeholder management
• documented experience in leading projects and teams
• very good consulting and soft skills (structured analysis, presentations, moderation)
• fluent German and English
