Requirements
- at least 5 years of experience in the Customer Workflows environment in a consulting role
- in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow CWF (or comparable solutions like Salesforce)
- experience in pre-sales, offer creation & C-level stakeholder management
- documented experience in leading projects and teams
- very good consulting and soft skills (structured analysis, presentations, moderation)
- fluent German and English
