Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in the Customer Workflows area in a consulting role
  • Fundamental knowledge of ServiceNow CWF (or comparable solutions like Salesforce)
  • Experience in pre-sales, bid creation, and C-level stakeholder management
  • Proven experience in leading projects and teams
  • Very good advisory and soft skills (structured analysis, presentations, moderation)
  • Fluent German and English
