Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in the Customer Workflows field in a consulting role
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow CWF (or comparable solutions such as Salesforce)
  • Experience in pre-sales, proposal creation, and C-level stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated experience in leading projects and teams
  • Very good consulting and soft skills (structured analysis, presentations, moderation)
  • Fluent German and English
