Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the Customer Workflows field in a consulting role
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow CWF (or comparable solutions such as Salesforce)
- Experience in pre-sales, proposal creation, and C-level stakeholder management
- Demonstrated experience in leading projects and teams
- Very good consulting and soft skills (structured analysis, presentations, moderation)
- Fluent German and English
