As a ServiceNow Delivery Manager, you will provide visibility, service reviews, and reporting to customers and internal stakeholders, and work to improve service and delivery. You will own and manage the operational relationship with assigned customers, track metrics, and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met. You will also promote Computacenter's capabilities and work to achieve contract extension or win additional business.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Service Delivery Manager role
  • Direct experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
