We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules
- Implement ITSM Professional features (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Catalog)
- Leverage Now Assist and GenAI for automation and AI-driven workflows
- Develop and maintain mobile experiences using ServiceNow Mobility framework
- Build and manage integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and other protocols
- Create and optimize workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub
- Develop custom UI components using UI Builder and Service Portal
- Write and maintain client scripts, server-side scripts, business rules, and script includes
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders for solution design
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning
- Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to support teams
