ServiceNow Developer - HRSD

BCMC is seeking mid-level ServiceNow Developer expertise to support customer environment operations. The role involves designing, building, and customizing ServiceNow applications and services, working with legacy systems, and assisting System Administrators. Responsibilities include business rule implementation, documentation, and participation in the full software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Knowledge of ServiceNow development principles, methods, and techniques
• Experience with requirements gathering, database design, and data modeling
• Experience with integration components (SSO, LDAP, e.g.) and web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript)
• Experience with LDAP Integration, ServiceNow Development APIs
• Design and develop new ServiceNow applications and services
• Implement and configure ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Employee Center Pro (ECP), Integration Hub, Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent, Knowledge Management, and other products and capabilities
