ServiceNow Developer - VOIS

Vodafone is seeking a ServiceNow Developer - VOIS to lead the implementation, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform at VOIS, a shared services organization with 30,000 FTE. The role requires expertise in ServiceNow development and administration, including design of scalable solutions, management of integrations, and client-side scripting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business logic, agile methodologies, and collaborative communication skills.

Requirements

• End-to-end development of ServiceNow applications, modules, and customisations
• Design and enhance Service Portals
• Implement and manage complex third-party integrations
• Maintain and optimise CMDB and Asset Management processes
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning
• Create and maintain documentation
• Collaboration with developers, administrators, and analysts
