ServiceNow Developer

Sopra Steria is looking for a senior ServiceNow developer to help implement processes, design and create data import interfaces, set up API integrations, and analyze and configure email interfaces in ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in ServiceNow, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• 1 to 4 years of experience in providing first and/or second-line IT support
• Strong experience with applications such as Intune, ServiceNow, O365, etc.
• Good skills in empathy, team spirit, and good communication skills
• Be a good team player and reliable
• Proactive approach
• Customer-first mindset
• Be flexible to support other colleagues in case of illness or leave
• English, Dutch, and French are required (Perfect trilingual)
