SilverEdge is seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to join its dynamic team. The individual will work in a dynamic environment to support ServiceNow applications and workflows, collaborating with stakeholders to design ITSM solutions and ensure seamless system integration.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Previous experience working with ServiceNow platforms or related tools such as Jira, SharePoint, JavaScript, or Remedy
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow applications, modules, or workflows (or willingness to train)
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
- Ability to perform on-premise installations and upgrades of ServiceNow
