ServiceNow Developer

Sopra Steria is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support with implementation of processes in ServiceNow, design and creation of feeding interfaces, and analysis and configuration of email interfaces.

Requirements

• Experience with ServiceNow Workflows, Automation and Integrations
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional/technical ServiceNow solutions
• Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
• Experience with leading and working with teams on local, nearshore and offshore locations
• Clear passion for ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
• Working in a complex and large structure with external stakeholders
• Ability to work with external stakeholders
• Strong communication, explanation and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluent in English and Dutch/French
