Homecare Homebase is hiring a ServiceNow Developer to work in a hybrid role, focusing on deploying and maintaining the CMDB and CSDM service models and supporting processes. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, knowledge of ITIL processes, and experience working on a Scrum team.
Requirements
- 3+ years as a ServiceNow Developer
- Experience developing in ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog
- Experience developing in ITOM: Event Management, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping
- Experience with Service Portals, Flow Designer, Workflow, Virtual Agent Topics, Integration Hub, Scoped Applications, Test Management and ATF
- 2+ years as member of an Agile, Scrum, or Kanban team
- 1+ years as an ITOM Administrator
- Broad general knowledge of IT infrastructure topology
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework and ServiceNow CSDM model
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of database fundamentals
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience)
- ServiceNow System Administration and any of the following certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ITIL Foundations, ServiceNow Discovery Fundamentals, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery, ServiceNow Advanced System Administration, Scripting in ServiceNow, ITIL SACM, CCNA or equivalent, MCSA, RHCSA
