At Iron Mountain, we need a ServiceNow Developer to develop and maintain the ServiceNow platform, particularly the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module, and to work with business stakeholders to design and implement requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a relevant technical field
  • Servicenow Certified Application Developer
  • At least 5+ years experience working with the ServiceNow platform, preferably across SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, and HR modules
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow API web services
  • Proven experience with integrating ServiceNow with other applications
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • U.S. Citizenship residing on U.S. Soil - will be required to pass Federal clearance
