Requirements
- Develop the full implementation life cycle for ServiceNow modules.
- Translate business requirements into ServiceNow Performance Analytics solutions.
- Optimize system performance and scalability of PA solutions.
- Configure security and access control in Performance Analytics dashboards.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders to understand client needs and requirements.
- Implement ServiceNow modules for multiple customers.
- Implement configurations and customizations for multiple customers.
- Create and manage business rules, UI actions, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user portals.
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of ServiceNow experience with Agile DevSecOps, strong performance analytics skills, and experience with scripting are essential. US Federal Government experience is a plus
