ServiceNow developer

Kyndryl is looking for a ServiceNow developer to join their Software Engineering - Development team. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions using ServiceNow. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Experience with creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
• A solid experience in ITOM and HR
• Core ServiceNow capabilities such as Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, and CMDB/CSDM
• Experience in working with AI Agent Client Collector
• Experience in API integrations with other systems
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Experience in configuring ServiceNow AIOps
• ITOM certifications, CIS – Discovery, CIS – Event Management or, CIS – Service Mapping, CIS – AiOps etc.
