The ServiceNow Developer role is seeking a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in ITOM and ITSM to modernize ServiceNow platforms. The role focuses on design, implementation, and optimization of advanced ServiceNow solutions, enhancing IT operations, automating workflows, and improving service reliability. The role involves working closely with architects and stakeholders to ensure scalability, security, and best practices in ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, and other ServiceNow product areas.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience, with deep expertise in ITOM and ITSM.
  • Proven expertise in ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB best practices.
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development (scripting, workflows, business rules, integrations) and automation capabilities.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, and MID Servers.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, PowerShell, and HTML for advanced customizations and automation.
  • Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and optimize system configurations for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions and drive adoption.
  • Commitment to IT security best practices, ensuring compliance with data confidentiality, integrity, and governance policies.

Requirements Summary

7+ years ServiceNow experience, ITOM & ITSM expertise, strong scripting & automation skills, and experience with REST/SOAP integrations. Bachelor's degree preferred
