Itero Group is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and integrations. The role involves customizing core ITSM applications, developing custom applications, and integrating with third-party tools. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ServiceNow certifications are required. The company is a Women-Owned Small Business focused on transforming complex processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting best practices
- Experience with ITSM and at least one additional module (e.g., ITOM, HRSD, SPM, Source2Pay)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Be a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or related field
