The role involves designing, developing, and configuring ServiceNow modules, implementing workflows and automation, and integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.

Requirements

  • Computer Science Diploma or Degree; or related work experience.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or training
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, EA.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and good knowledge of web technologies
  • Experience in developing ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, Web Services, and other integration techniques.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) are a plus.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good time management skills to work on multiple assignments.
  • Ability to do research and development of new ways to leverage the ServiceNow platform.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
