Requirements
- Computer Science Diploma or Degree; or related work experience.
- ITIL Foundation certification or training
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, EA.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and good knowledge of web technologies
- Experience in developing ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, Web Services, and other integration techniques.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) are a plus.
- Good communication skills.
- Good time management skills to work on multiple assignments.
- Ability to do research and development of new ways to leverage the ServiceNow platform.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
