The developer will be responsible for delivering improvements to service platforms and integrating with various data and communication channels.
Requirements
- Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow CSM module
- Proven experience in ServiceNow scripting including business rules, fix scripts, script includes and client scripts
- Experience supporting highly available and maintainable systems
- Experience with Atlassian, Microsoft 365, AWS, or Salesforce platforms
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer
