Requirements
- 5–7 years of ServiceNow development experience, including scripting (JavaScript/Java)
- Strong track record in process improvement and automation on the ServiceNow platform
- Experience transitioning from BA to Developer—bringing deep business context to technical delivery
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD)
- Collaborative approach, cross-functional teamwork, adaptability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
