The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and infrastructure, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring platform stability. The Sandbox team will focus on end-to-end solutions and enhancing existing projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, including Studio, Scripting, Workflows, Forms, and Service Catalog
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
