ServiceNow Developer

NTT DATA is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Hardware and Software Asset Management and a strong understanding of Configuration Management Database and Common Service Data Model.

Requirements

• Skilled ServiceNow Developer with a proven track record in Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM and SAM)
• Strong understanding of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
• Ability to design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform to optimize asset management processes and ensure accurate configuration data
• Develop, customize, and configure ServiceNow modules, particularly focusing on Hardware and Software Asset Management functionalities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow environment
• Design and implement workflows, automation, and integrations to streamline asset management processes and ensure data accuracy
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to asset management processes, data discrepancies, and system integrations
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to support continuous improvement initiatives related to asset management, CMDB, and other relevant areas
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency in asset management practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, procurement, and finance, to ensure alignment of asset management processes with organizational objectives
• Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain system documentation
• Provide advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting a variety of difficult software problems, implementing bug fixes, and performing root cause analysis
