This full-time ServiceNow Developer position is part of a leading Data Center client in Ukraine, focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and employee experience. The role involves developing applications, integrations, and enhancements, along with collaboration with various teams. The Sandbox team is responsible for developing solutions from end-to-end.
Requirements
- 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, including Studio, Scripting, Workflows, Forms, and Service Catalog
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- ServiceNow certification(s) is a plus
