Requirements
- 4+ years ServiceNow experience in development, with a focus in developing custom applications within ServiceNow
- ITSM, ITAM, ITBM and ITOM experience
- Experience with Service Catalog and Service Portals, Virtual Agent, as well as building out API integrations and case exchange
- Previous experience and knowledge of working within an Agile environment
- Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools to document and maintain the team’s development procedures
