At Iron Mountain, we're looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, configuring and customizing it to meet business needs, and providing ongoing support to various teams and individuals in a dynamic Agile environment.
Requirements
- Ability to assist requesters in refining business requirement details
- Knowledge of our ServiceNow implementation to understand and identify cross-platform impacts of changes or enhancements
- Design, develop, and implement solutions to meet complex business requirements
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs
- Develop and configure integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
- Build and maintain custom applications following best practices
