Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in designing and developing solutions within ServiceNow
- Mastery of ServiceNow API with focus on complex integrations
- Proficiency in JavaScript programming for scripting within the ServiceNow platform
- Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and successful implementation of best practices and procedures
- Expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Service Portal, Request Management, and performing ServiceNow platform versions upgrades
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels within the organization
- Practical experience with agile methodologies and tools
- Proven ability to drive results and readiness across multiple solutions
- Possession of an ITIL certification is preferred
- Possession of ServiceNow certificates is preferred
