Requirements
- 8+ years experience working in Service Now

- Familiar with SAML authentication and integration with ServiceNow
- Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST, APIs)
- Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving customer requirements
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
- Experiencing in implementing and maintaining Discovery and CMDB
- Familiar with UI/UX concepts
