Requirements

  • Design, develop, and implement tailored solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, ServOps, and Asset Management modules
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective, scalable, and maintainable solutions
  • Customize and enhance ServiceNow applications and workflows to optimize processes and user experiences
  • Develop both client-side and server-side scripts to enhance functionality and create seamless integrations
  • Ensure solutions are developed with high standards of security, data protection, and compliance
  • Manage the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow applications and integrations
  • Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration
  • Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency

Requirements Summary
