ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team.

Requirements

• Expertise in Sales and Order Management.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience building and working with APIs (REST, GraphQL, SOAP).
• Strong knowledge of CSS, HTML, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow APIs such as GlideRecord, GlideAjax, and other server/client-side scripting tools.
• Experience with ServiceNow’s Next Experience (UI Builder).
• Exposure to one or more ServiceNow modules, such as App Engine Studio, Customer Service Management (CSM), Sales & Order Management, IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
