Seeking a ServiceNow Developer with advanced experience in ITSM modules, system integration, and troubleshooting skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in extending the ServiceNow schema, scripting, and customizing the system using UI Pages and Web Technologies.
Requirements
- Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations in ITSM modules
- System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications
- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI policies, Scheduled Jobs
- Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side Javascript and the ServiceNow APIs
- Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS
- Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders
- Strong communication, presentation and writing skills
