The role involves implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow modules, particularly ITSM and ITOM, to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow platform development and collaboration with clients to deliver high-quality solutions. They will also perform maintenance and integration of ServiceNow with third-party systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
- Demonstrable experience with ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, and integrations
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes
- Expertise in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide, or similar
- Experience with API-based integrations using REST, SOAP, or other web services
- Solid understanding of ITIL-aligned implementations
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) in ITSM, ITOM, or other relevant areas
