GTI2 is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design and deploy ServiceNow solutions for clients. The role involves designing, configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow applications to meet client business requirements, contributing to project success and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 9+ total years of relevant IT experience in a technical field
- 5+ years experience leading and managing Service Management System administration services (preferably ServiceNow)
- Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in management information systems (MIS), Computer Science (CS), or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience (6 years of experience in lieu of degree)
- Ability to interact successfully with all levels of the Customer and IT Provider organization
- Demonstrated experience in analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Self-motivated and organized with a focus on driving results and strong sense of accountability
- US Citizen
- Active Secret Clearance
