We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer, AI & ML Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, and at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- 3+ Years of extensive experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
- Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques.
- Dashboard and Reports development.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
