ServiceNow Developer, Analyst role is responsible for designing, coding, testing, and supporting reliable software applications and services with high-quality standards. The role involves developing and modifying ServiceNow catalogs, workflows, and custom scripting.
Requirements
- A four-year degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or similar field
- 1+ years of ServiceNow implementation hands-on experience on ITSM module
- Experience in Python or Core Java (Spring Framework)
- Experience with object-oriented design patterns
- Experience with dev ops tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins, Azure DevOps
- Experience with Agile development concepts and related tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and take ownership of deliveries
- Ability to work with teams across geography
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity and flexibility, with attention to detail, critical thinking, and drive for innovation
