Hillenbrand is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs.
Requirements
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
- Configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Service Catalog.
- Recommend user interface changes to the ServiceNow platform and implement the changes.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain ongoing enhancement list and manage timely delivery of changes.
- Perform system integrations with third-party tools and internal systems.
- Maintain and improve existing ServiceNow instances.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and bugs.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow platform features and best practices.

Requirements Summary
