Narro is seeking an Associate Principal Engineer for Quality Automation and Test Automation using TOSCA, ServiceNow, Postman. This role focuses on creating and maintaining automated testing frameworks, performing risk management, and ensuring quality assurance. The company is a digital product engineering firm scaling globally with a non-hierarchical team culture.
Requirements
- 11+ years in software testing with strong focus on test automation
- Extensive hands-on expertise in automated UI and API testing using TOSCA, ServiceNow, Postman
- Proficiency in Cucumber, SpecFlow, and Playwright
- Solid experience with Tricentis qTest, TOSCA Server, and TDS
- Skilled in defect management using ServiceNow and other tools
- Familiarity with incident, change, and problem management using ServiceNow
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Expertise in creating and maintaining dashboards/reports
- Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver, FS, JIRA, GIT, Jenkins or other CI/CD tools
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
