Peraton is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our Department of Education's high-performing Development team. The position is remote and involves designing, developing, and maintaining applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree and 5 years of experience, or 9 years of experience in lieu of degree
- 5 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform as an administrator/developer
- Experience in deploying and supporting ITSM and ITOM, including CMDB and Discovery, with MID server and service portal
- Experience in ServiceNow development (GLIDE, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, UI Scripts, APIs)
- Ability to listen to stakeholder business requirements and translate to a working, maintainable, technical solution
- Produce tangible deliverables within predetermined timelines
- Ability to analyze, detect/identify and troubleshoot bugs, fix defects, and support users of ServiceNow application
- Proficiency in troubleshooting ServiceNow, debugging, error log analysis and researching solutions
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust Clearance
Benefits
- Target Salary Range: $86,000 - $138,000
